This is a REFUNDABLE security deposit. A minimum of £100 is paid to secure your date and times. This amount is NOT included in the hall hire price. Your deposit is refundable provided you leave our home leave in a respectable manner and honour your booking times.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel/postpone your event, we give you have up to three months to secure your next date. On cancellation or expiriy your three additional months of your original event date; your deposit has been revoked and is non-refundable.
The Joseph Center is a new build and we are VAT registered. VAT is added to the final bill.
Full payment is due at LEAST two weeks prior to your event date.
Set up/tear down is to be arranged by the hirer. Allowance for this time is to be included in your overall hall hire.
This is not a service that Beulah Family Church provides.

No, however please be considerate to our community. Your caretaker may ask you to turn down or turn off your base if it is abused. We are a family church in an awesome community we respect our neighbors. So no music after 10:30PM
Your booking is for the time stipulated on your receipt. For your time booked. Additional hours (if available) are double the cost per hour. These are primarily dependent on the availability your caretaker.
Yes we are child friendly. Toys and bouncy castle available at an additional fee
